As a Southern Baptist Director of Missions, I have great respect for those who answer God’s call to go outside of their neighborhoods and comfort zones, and assist in God’s work in another parts of the world. BUILDING HOPE MINISTRIES is one of those organizations. By reaching out to India with the gospel of Christ, they perform a valuable service to our Lord, and to the people who matter so much to Him.
I personally know some of the pastors who are directly involved with the work of BUILDING HOPE and also some of the lay workers who serve on the board. They all operate with integrity and financial accountability as they seek to make a difference in the cause of Christ on the other side of the globe.

Hi! My name is Jimmy Painter. I am blessed to serve as the Senior Pastor of Cresthill Church in Bowie,Maryland. I have been blessed to serve at Cresthill for 20 years and have been in pastoral ministry for over 3 decades. I believe in Missions and have led the churches I have served to be missions-minded, missional churches. I have seen a lot of things in these 30 years as a pastor. As you can imagine I receive a ton of requests for assistance and support. I support and our church supports Building Hope Ministries because it is Biblical, it makes a temporal and eternal difference in lives of those for whom Jesus died for, every penny we give goes directly to meet people at their place of need and touch them with God’s love-and we are personally invested-even as I write this we have 2 of our church members in India on a BHM missions trip.
