Today’s journey was a long one.  I departed from the hotel at 5 am and returned at 10:30 pm. We easily spent 14 hours on the road traveling to Trivandrum District and back.  we witnessed many areas of rebuilding from a severe cyclone that hit this area in the summer of 2016. On a journey […]

The day began with morning services.  Many attended. Later in the day, I spent some downtime in the Hawkwings Cafe in my hotel. Cappuccino and chocolate ice cream in addition to fellowship with close friends. I love this nation.  It is filled with wonderful culture and beauty.

Arrived at Voice of Gospel Church in around 2 pm. There were special guests who shared songs. In addition, inspiring stories were shared by others. After the service, food was served to all guests.  It was great to see friends again.

Left Dulles International Thursday morning. Went through Dubai and Mumbai.  Final flight brought me to Cochin, Kerala. Finally settled into hotel around 11 pm.  I’m looking forward to seeing friends tomorrow and sightseeing.
